Nompumelelo Educare Centre provides a vital role in offering high quality education, care and love to the children who attend.
We have recently rebuilt the school to provide world class eco-friendly facilities.
The curriculum is structured -
Toddlers (aged 2-3) Learn2Live
Children (aged 3-5) Jubilee Excellent Schools (JES) - Montessori based with Christian ethics and principles
Our teachers are recruited from the local community and formally trained in the curriculum.
We have a dedicated team of staff -
1 Education Advisor
1 Principal
12 Teachers
4 Support Staff
Our annual budget for the educate centre is R1,260,000. The Government (DSD) currently provide R600,000 and parents (those who can) pay R120,000. We have a shortfall of cR500,000 which we meet through fundraising and donations.
